Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a broken bottle or an incorrect order, we are happy to provide a replacement. To process the replacement, please follow these steps:

• Record a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product.
• The unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
• The video should clearly capture the entire unboxing process from the sealed package to the damaged or incorrect product.

Refund Policy

In case a refund is required, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to receive the refund in the form of a coupon for future purchases.

Conditions

• A refund or replacement request without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
• Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
